Pacific Custom Builders Ltd is committed to making www.pcbltd.ca accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want all visitors to find information about our construction and electrical services and to contact us easily.

Standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which help make web content accessible to people with visual, hearing, physical, and cognitive disabilities.

What we have done

We use clear, readable text and a logical heading structure; provide alt text for meaningful images; maintain sufficient colour contrast; support keyboard navigation; label forms and buttons for screen readers; and design for different screen sizes and devices.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continue to review and improve the site. Some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and we welcome feedback to help us identify and fix issues.

If you have trouble accessing any part of our website, or have suggestions, please tell us the page or feature, a description of the problem, and the device, browser, and assistive technology you used. We will do our best to respond and provide the information or service you need in an accessible way, within 5 business days.
